We provide free shipping within Australia for all products on our website. We generally ship within 3 working days. If goods are not in stock, we will contact you promptly regarding availability. If you require express delivery please contact us.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally, however if you would like us to ship overseas, please contact us.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Generally, delivery to capital cities and regional centres in Australia takes between 3 and 10 working days. If you require express delivery please contact us.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept payment via PayPal or you can pay with your credit card if you prefer. Orders will be dispatched once we confirm your payment, which is usually within 1-2 days. Occasionally an item listed may not be in stock. If so, we will contact you to offer a refund, a suitable alternative, or to place an item on back-order.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
We accept payment via the secure PayPal system worldwide. The PayPal website sets out their security arrangements. Of course, other credit cards have there own security arrangements in place.

Our website is fairly easy to navigate, and you can easily add to, or modify the contents of your shopping cart as you select items.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you change your mind after checkout but before we despatch (generally within 3 working days), we suggest you contact us. We can simply adjust your order or provide a refund provided that meets our usual conditions (listed below).

How Can I Return a Product?
If you change your mind after checkout, we suggest you contact us. We can simply adjust your order or provide a refund. However, we do recommend that you choose carefully. We don’t normally give refunds on orders that have been despatched, especially if you simply change your mind or have made a wrong selection.
Of course, exchanges and refunds will be made where goods are faulty, wrongly described, or different from samples shown (please note, however, that product colours may vary slightly on different computer screens).
